Yin Yoga Workshops!

Breathe and Melt

Melt, Release & Let Go. Yin Yoga invites you to dive deeper into your asana (poses) practice. The focus is on breath, and a special emphasis on holding poses for 3-5 minutes releasing connective tissue with the intention of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This is a more meditative practice, bringing awareness to your inner practice. Together we will breathe into our edges to release and let go!

Introducing Sunday Night Yin Yoga Workshops!

These workshops will be available as they inspire me! I have beautiful classes planned through the new year. Yin classes have been highly asked for, but I cannot offer a weekly class while I'm teaching school too, so monthly, thematic, universally inspired classes feel right to me! Check back each month for the new theme!
