Meditation is inlcuded in all classes

According to the "Yoga Sutras," Meditation is the process of withdrawing the senses from the outside world (Pratyhara), learning how to focus on your "knowing" while releasing attachment to those thoughts. Meditation is mindfully paying attention on purpose, without judgement. If all children were taught meditation, our world would be a more peaceful place. Meditation is a practice and there's no wrong way to do it. Allow yourself this time to quiet your mind while connecting to your breath and your Self. Welcome your breath home to your body. You never know what magic you'll find!
